Common questions
Do I get a price before you start?
Yes. Installs get a written price before any work starts. For fault finding we tell you the call-out fee up front.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Registered Electrical Contractor in Victoria, REC 00000 (sample), with public liability insurance. You get a Certificate of Electrical Safety for our electrical installation work.
Is my old switchboard safe?
Ceramic fuses or no safety switches means it is overdue. We check it first. Some old boards have asbestos backing: if we suspect it, we stop and talk to you before touching it.
Can you install an EV charger?
Yes. We check your switchboard first, then fit the charger on its own circuit, test it and give you the Certificate of Electrical Safety.
How fast can you come out?
Call and we'll tell you when we can get there. Urgent faults go to the front of the list.
